With this exciting growth, we are excited to announce the opportunity of a Procurement Coordinator position.
We are looking for an experienced team member to support our dental practices and our surgeons with inventory and supplies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute procurement strategies Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and supplier management Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Monitor contract performance and compliance, resolving any issues that may arise Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on best practices Support production planning by ensuring the availability of necessary materials and resources Utilize supply chain management principles to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in regulations
Experience:
Proven experience in dental/oral surgery procurement management, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management, Implant purchasing, Surgical Assisting and Dental Practice experience strongly preferred.
Must have experience in dental industry Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong excel experience and Envi inventory experience preferred We offer excellent benefits and compensation based on experience and would love to discuss the opportunity with you further!
