The In Home Design Team member is a role dedicated to serving our customers by helping them create the home environment they desire.
Once a qualified candidate has been identified, the In Home Design Team member steps in to consult the potential customer through the design process.
This work requires cross-functional coordination between the sales, merchandising, and operations departments, as well as, direct communication with Woodstock Outlet customers.
The individual in this role will help to identify best practices, help innovate the process of the work, and be open and flexible to changes to the job responsibilities.
This is an ever evolving nature of work.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage sales order transactions and customer relationships through the buying process.
Utilize company provided resources, i.
e.
room planners, sketch books, CRM, email, etc to maximize customer relationships.
Maintain proper documentation of supporting sales documents for each design client.
These items include:
qualified lead sheets, room sketches, sectional drawings, comfort guarantee paperwork, etc.
Establish strong partnerships with the Floor Team to ensure exceptional working relationships, deliver 5 star customer service, and help enhance the design skills of your colleagues.
Partner with Sales Support team and confirming sales order customer information, delivery dates, and merchandise to be delivered with our customers to ensure accurate, complete, and efficient service.
Ensure all scheduled delivery orders have merchandise filled to orders 72 hours prior to the date of delivery.
Key comments in all sales orders with important updates, communication touch points, and any needed information for the customer record.
Communicate with Sales Management, Sales Support, and Merchandising with pertinent updates, and feedback on how we can improve.
